Account Manager

About the Role:
The Account Manager is responsible for building and managing relationships with design and trade clients, driving sales growth by understanding their needs, recommending products, and overseeing the order process from selection to delivery. This role combines account management, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the design and trade industry.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, providing regular updates, support, and solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Understand clients’ design vision and requirements to recommend products that align with their projects.
Sales and Account Growth
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Actively engage in outreach and follow-up with clients to support their current and upcoming projects.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the Leadership Team.
Product Knowledge and Consultation
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product lines, including materials, customization options, and design specifications.
- Offer consultative advice to clients, guiding them through product selection, finishes, and customizations to achieve their design goals.
Collaboration and Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on client needs, new products, and promotions.
- Communicate insights from clients regarding product trends, feedback, and competitive offerings to assist in future product development and marketing initiatives.
Account Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, orders, and account history in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on account performance, sales pipeline, and forecasts to the Sales Director.

Compensation:
Base salary of $60,000-$65,000 + commission.
