Sales Assistant
North Vancouver, BC
About the Role:
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process and providing outstanding service to our clientele. You will work closely with the sales team, customers, and vendors to assist with quotes, orders, and delivery schedules. Your ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and professionalism will be key to your success.
Responsibilities:
Generate and Manage Quotes: Assist the sales team by creating accurate and timely price quotes for clients, ensuring all necessary details are included.
Process Orders: Handle the entry and tracking of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with clients.
Sourcing Products: Assist in sourcing and ordering custom furniture pieces, working with vendors and suppliers to fulfill customer requests.
Customer Communication: Provide regular updates to customers regarding their orders, and any changes in schedules, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.

Your Skillset Includes:
Previous experience in a retail or sales assistant role, ideally within a high-end furniture or luxury goods environment.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using sales and order management software.
A customer-centric approach with a professional and polished demeanor.
Salary Range:
$45,000 - $52,000 Based on Experience
